With over 30 years of executive-level experience, Fritz brings invaluable insights into optimizing overall process management, delegation, and decision-making within businesses. As a former co-founder and CFO at Travis CI, he spearheaded the successful sales process of the company.
Elizaveta held a prominent HR role at Travis CI and played a key part in the company's sale. Driven by a profound comprehension of decision-making's impact on company culture, she holds a B.Sc. in Business Psychology. She identified critical issues like siloing and inefficient processes within decisions.
